facility rules and cancellation policy

The completed rental agreement and full payment is due 60 days prior to the event.
If the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to the event, the Booking Fee will be retained. If the booking is cancelled 60 days or less, prior to the event, the full Rental Price will be retained (no refund).
Security Deposit is required.
Event liability insurance is required.
Liquor license (if applicable) is required.
Front door must be closed after 11PM. All music must be off by 12AM (midnight).
There is a minimum rental period of 5 hours, this can include the setup, takedown and cleaning time of your event. Evening rentals start after 5:00PM.
The Renter shall be responsible for all taxes, licenses, rates, duties or assessments and any copyright fees, including SOCAN fees.
No smoking/vaping inside the facility, only in the designated area outside.
No nails, staples, pushpins, hooks, tacks, screws, poles, stakes or other forms of fasteners into any part of the facility.
No sparklers, candles, open flame, confetti, rice, birdseed are permitted on the Premises.
All equipment, displays and other items brought onto the Premises are the sole responsibility of the Renter and must be removed by the end time of the rental period.
The Renter is responsible for the setup and takedown of the tables and chairs for the event.
The Renter is responsible for general clean up of the Premises after the event. The Renter must complete the cleanup no later than the end time of the rental period. All decorations must be removed. The Premises shall be left in substantially the same condition in which they are delivered to the Renter.
The Renter is responsible for removal of all garbage and/or recycling from the Premises.
For safety and security, Eagles Hall staff will be entitled at all reasonable times to enter and inspect the Premises and equipment without notice and/or may stay on Premises for part of or the full duration of the event.
